How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Products & Ingredients

Are all your products vegan?
Yes! Every single product we sell is 100% vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We only stock cruelty-free brands that do not test on animals at any stage of production.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin, particularly our fragrance-free Sheaqueous range. However, we always recommend patch-testing any new product before full use.

What does "natural" mean for your products?
Our products are made with plant-based, naturally derived ingredients. We avoid synthetic chemicals, parabens, sulphates, and artificial fragrances. Each product listing includes a full ingredient list.

Do your products contain allergens?
Some products contain tree nut oils (e.g., shea butter, almond oil, coconut oil). Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have specific allergies, please check the ingredients carefully or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 (3-5 working days). UK Express Delivery is £6.99 (1-2 working days). Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, Express takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused, unopened products. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
