UK Standard Delivery — £3.99
Delivered within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on the next working day.
UK Express Delivery — £6.99
Delivered within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
Free UK Delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £30. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
Order Tracking
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking information where available. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods
- If nobody is home, your parcel will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour
- Bank holidays may add 1-2 working days to delivery times
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return

- We'll send you a returns form and instructions
- Package your items securely and send them back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
- Gift sets must be returned complete
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
