These terms and conditions govern your use of bloombeautyuk.com and any purchases made through our website. Bloom Beauty UK is based at 2 Hazledean Road, Cheltenham GL51 0QF, United Kingdom.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though any orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
3. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
4. Delivery
- UK Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3-5 working days)
- UK Express Delivery: £6.99 (1-2 working days)
- Free Standard Delivery: On orders over £30
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened products for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
7. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
All ingredients are listed on each product page. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. We accept no liability for allergic reactions. If you have known sensitivities, please consult a dermatologist before use.
